Shipping & Delivery Information:
We offer both stock-on-hand items and import-on-order products to give our customers access to a wider range of padel equipment. If an item is available in our local stock, it will typically be delivered within 1–3 working days after your order has been confirmed and processed. We use local express courier services such as Aramex, Courier Guy or Fastway to deliver these goods.
Some products on our website are imported specifically for your order. This allows us to offer high-quality products that may not always be available locally. These items are sourced from our international suppliers and usually take approximately 2–4 weeks to arrive and be delivered to you. We cover all import or customs fees and no additional fees will be charged to you.
To make things clear and transparent, the delivery timeframe will always be indicated on the product page and during the checkout process. We recommend checking the product description before placing your order so you know exactly what to expect regarding delivery times.
