We want all our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If your machine arrives with damage or a mechanical issue, we offer a full refund within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, the machine must be in the same condition it was received, with no additional damage, misuse, or modifications.

Please note that refunds are only provided for faulty, damaged, or mechanically defective machines. We are unable to offer refunds if a customer decides they do not like the colour, design, or other physical characteristics of the machine after receiving it. We encourage customers to carefully review the product details and images before placing an order.

In some cases, exchanges may be accommodated within 14 days of delivery, depending on the situation. Exchanges will be arranged only after a discussion with our team and once an agreement has been reached. Our goal is to work with you to find the best possible solution if there is an issue with your order.

If you experience any problems with your machine after delivery, please contact our support team as soon as possible so we can assist you and guide you through the return or exchange process.

For other items sold on our website (such as accessories, equipment, or gear), the same general return rules apply. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in the same condition it was received and without additional damage. Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as personal preference, colour choice, or change of mind, unless the item has a verified defect or issue.
